OBJECTIVE

Create a new logo for Conference Event Management, a female owned conference and event organizer that serves corporations with their planning and travel needs. The logo should embody simplicity, fun, and femininity while retaining some form of the color purple and cater to a corporate audience.

SOLUTION

CEM gets the ball rolling and they don’t stop until the work is done. The first thing that came to mind was the Marbleworks towers we had as kids. They were so much fun and I remembered cheering the marble down to the bottom, to the finish line. The ball got rolling and didn’t stop till the very end. This was my inspiration. I updated the colors, to reflect a more corporate color palette, female ownership, and fun. I distilled down the idea of Marbleworks into its simplest form and applied the color palette in a way that works with the lines to lead the eye to the company name.
